Vapotherm, Inc. Awarded a Group Purchasing Agreement with Premier

Exeter, NH – November, 2018 – Vapotherm, Inc. (Vapotherm) has been awarded a new group purchasing agreement for Active Humidification Devices and Accessories with Premier Healthcare Alliance, L.P. (“Premier”) that will extend the existing business relationship between the two parties. Effective November 1, 2018, the new agreement allows Premier members to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for Vapotherm’s Hi-VNI® Technology. Vapotherm products deliver mask-free non-invasive ventilation for spontaneously breathing patients.
